Once under contract, I setup a timeline with contract deadlines, loan deadlines, and schedule all inspections.
I make sure Earnest Money Is delivered.
I send bound contract to title and lender (if buy side).
Follow up with Inspections and draft any repair proposals/amendments. Keep tabs on repairs.
Schedule Final walk and Closing.
Make sure everything is uploaded to your brokerage compliance site.
Keep close contact with title and lender making sure all deadlines are met and they have everything they need.

I take care of all your documents needed for your brokerage compliance. I will make sure everything is signed and uploaded.
Adding documents as needed throughout the transaction (amendments, etc.) Once closed, I will upload all closing docs and make sure you get paid!
If needed, I will contact your compliance team to make sure we have all documents required and filled out correctly.
